Construction

Our construction and development department designs complex stamping, bending and forming tools in close cooperation with our customers. In addition, we are able to build three-dimensional plastic prototypes and deep drawing simulations.

We are able to exchange and handle data in all current formats with our customers. In addition to tools up to a length of 6000mm, we develop testing, welding and assembly units as well as complex special machinery with particular focus on efficient and cost-saving production.

By offering one-stop solutions, our engineers can closely work with all divisions of our production as well as our own tool-making department. Therefore we can develop efficient and innovative solutions with our customers. During feasibility studies, e.g. with deep drawing simulations and prototyping, we can detect potential weaknesses and resolve them before production start.
